Group 1
Non profit making community groups without funding
E.g. Parent/toddler groups, uniformed groups, church groups, holiday playschemes, parent teachers association, friends of schools.

Group 2
Non profit making groups receiving ingoing external funding ie. Fees, grants etc.
Pre-school groups, out of school clubs, holiday playschemes, crèches, schools.

Group 3
Private businesses (set up to make a profit)
Day nurseries (per address) out of school clubs, holiday clubs, leisure centres, childminders and individuals.
